We make our pasta fresh every day in each Etto. All our staff learn the traditional craft of fresh pasta making and how to cook all our delicious dishes from scratch. If learning to cook delicious Italian food floats your boat, we’re a match made in heaven.

It seems crazy to have to say it, but we believe in a fair day’s pay for a good day’s work and so all our staff get award wages for every shift - no exceptions. We hire and promote on attitude and work ethic regardless of age, sex or anything else. We know good people are hard to find and value them accordingly.

What's in it for me?

Hospitality can be a tough gig. We get crazy busy, and making every customer happy every time is one hell of a challenge. But we get to have a lot of fun and enjoy what we do with the folks around us.
