The Travel Gap is a paid program giving young people the chance to experience what it's like to work in the travel industry.

Delivered by My First Job in partnership with the Australian Travel Industry Association and leading travel businesses, Gappers complete placements with different employers, work across a range of teams and contribute to real projects.

From marketing, sales and travel consulting to finance, HR, tech, operations and content, it's a chance to build experience, make industry connections and discover where a career in travel could take you.
